In this Program, we aim to empower you with new ways of thinking, new ways of working and ultimately new ways of leading your business or career to better everything in your life.

You will learn from the latest findings in positive psychology, brain dominance neuroscience and conversational intelligence, to support you in creating clarity around your purpose.

One of the tools we will take you through is the Herrmann Brain Dominance thinking preference profiling tool. This is a powerful tool that will give you a helping hand to utilise your new understanding of yourself and your strengths, and model out a new or better way to work. 

In addition to the weekly workshops, if you have upgraded your learning experience to include Educational Coaching, we will support you with weekly video Q&As, an interactive community space and a one on one business coaching session that will be held at the end of the twelve-week cycle

This Program could be upgraded to be an accredited pathway. Should you competently complete all of the required activities, you might be able to use this evidence towards recognition of prior learning to gain competency in the following units of competency;

• BSBPEF403 Lead personal development
• BSBPEF302 Develop self-awareness

These units could be contributed towards the attainment of the BSB30220 Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business and or the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
