Assessment Submissions – Miro Boards

Well done, you’ve made it to the end of the Human Optimiser Module.

To complete the module, please finalise your planning and submissions on your Miro boards:
1. Pillars of Purpose
2. Personal Playbook

Once you are happy you’ve completed them, upload them to the section below, ideally in a PDF format. This will prompt us that your finish so we can give you feedback and discuss in your coaching session, the final step of this module!

 If you are not sure how to export from Miro, this link explains it well.

To ensure you do cover everything, here is a little checklist for you to cross check before you upload them.

Assessment Tool 1 – The Pillars of Purpose
Please note: This activity is a formative assessment and is required to be completed and marked competent in order for you to be eligible for the units of competency underpinning this module.

Board 1 – Personal Purpose

Within this tool ensure you:

  • Identify a Purpose statement
  • Identify five (5) core personal values¬†
  • Define each value with at least one belief statement

Board 2 – Vision Board

Within this tool ensure you:

  • Identify a clear vision of your future skills
  • Identify a clear vision of your future self
  • Identify a clear vision of your future spaces
  • Identify a clear vision of your future relationships

Board 3 – Mission Board

Within this tool ensure you:

  • Identify at least three personal and three professional missions
  • Size the mission visually in reference to their priority in your life.

Board 4 – Mission Map Board

Within this tool ensure you:

  • Identify and map to at least one (1) or more professional missions
  • Identify and map to at least one (1) or more personal missions
  • Cover the MIND framework for each Mission mapped out
  • Identify goals for each mission mapped out.

Assessment Tool 2 – Personal Playbook
Please note: This activity is a formative assessment and is required to be completed and marked competent in order for you to be eligible for the units of competency underpinning this module.

Board 1 – Ways of Thinking

Within this tool ensure you:

  • Track your current states of mind, for all states listed
  • Set goal usages for each of the states of mind
  • Identify at least three (3) ways you can achieve these states of mind, Ways could be strategies, tools or techniques.

Board 2 – Ways of Working

Within this tool ensure you:

Track and document current time;

  • Review and report on your current time usage with the visual matrix
  • Identify should and could tasks

Map out future time;

  • Map out the future ways of working identifying your flow docus, growth focus and things you would like to stop doing using the template provided.

Board 2 – Ways of Leading

Within this tool ensure you:

  • Identify at least two (2) things for each area of leadership (self and others) you’d like to stop doing/ do less, start doing/do more. To do this considered at least three (3) different work tasks you’d like to get more productive at.
  • Identify four (4) or more ways you can track and review your progress against the plan to keep yourself accountable for developing these skills. Try and develop at least one way from each quadrant in the HBDI.
